Matting Policy

We always prioritise your dog's comfort and safety. If your dog's coat is matted, we'll assess the severity and discuss options with you before starting. Light matting can often be brushed out. Moderate to severe matting may require a shorter clip to prevent pain and skin damage. We'll always explain what's needed and why. A matting surcharge may apply for the additional time required.
