Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellation Policy

More than 48 hours before: Full refund of any deposit paid.
24 to 48 hours before: 50% refund of deposit.
Less than 24 hours before: No refund. The full deposit is forfeited.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive for your appointment without prior notice, no refund will be given. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to pay the full groom price in advance for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your groom may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

Salon Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment, we will offer you a full refund or an alternative appointment.
