Grooming Consent Waiver

By booking a grooming appointment, you confirm that:

• Your dog's health, vaccination, and behavioural information as stated in their profile is accurate and complete.
• You have disclosed all known medical conditions, skin conditions, allergies, medications, and behavioural concerns.
• You consent to your dog being groomed using professional equipment including clippers, scissors, dryers, and grooming products.
• If your dog's coat is matted, you understand that a shorter clip may be necessary for comfort and safety.
• You understand that dogs can be unpredictable, and that minor nicks or abrasions may occur despite all care being taken.
• If your dog's behaviour poses a safety risk, you understand the groom may be stopped and you will be contacted.
• You authorise the salon to seek emergency veterinary treatment if necessary, and agree to cover any associated costs.
